Bridle Trails addition and kitchen remodel. The scope of work for this project was to clean up the exterior lines of the building and capture more space for the kitchen and laundry room.
The scope of work included replacing the decking during construction. During demo it was discovered that rot was prevalent in the deck framing. With client approval, the deck was reframed during the project.
Steel beam installation.

Finished product with new Timbertech deck and Trex Transcend railing system with integrated lighting.
During construction conversations with the clients revealed that a post in the kitchen was not going to give them the look they desired. We immediately started pursuing other options and were able to use a steel and engineered beams to eliminate the post with minimal delay to the project schedule.
